Professor Andy Neely is Deputy Director of AIM, the Advanced Institute for Management Research and Chairman of the Centre for Business Performance at Cranfield School of Management. Previously he has held appointments at Cambridge University, where he was a Fellow of Churchill College, London Business School, Nottingham University, where he completed his PhD and British Aerospace. In 2005 he was appointed a Fellow of the Sunningdale Institute. Andy's research interests encompass organizational performance and performance measurement. He has completed studies on the design, deployment, operation and maintenance of measurement systems and is widely recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on the subject. His current research interests encompass the performance impact of measurement systems, measurement in the public sector, how organizations can make better use of the data they have access to and the drivers and determinants of productivity. Andy has authored over 100 books and articles, including "Measuring Business Performance", published by the Economist and "The Performance Prism", published by the Financial Times. He has won numerous awards for his academic research and chairs the Performance Measurement Association, an international network for those interested in the performance measurement and management.
Wolfgang holds the position 'Director Human Resources, Region Central Europe'. He is responsible for the DACH Region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) in terms of all strategic and conception topics within the range of Human Resources management. Mr. Binder has acquired about 30 years of professional experience in the entire spectrum of Human Resources management. Before joining Volvo in March 2005 his recent position was “Director Human Resources “in an international telecommunication company for 10 years.
Cheryl Lee was appointed to her HR director role at age 28, one of the youngest ever NHS Board appointments. She has worked in the public and private sectors and has an academic interest in Human Capital Management. In her current role at Medway NHS Foundation Trust she has taken a commercial approach to HR practice and is focused on developing Medway people to deliver better outcomes and experience for patients. Her ambition is to transform the NHS through evidence based and patient focused HR practice.
Jim Butcher has worked for the Ministry of Defence since 1967. He has had a range of jobs in Human Resources during his career including personnel management, pay negotiations and working on secondment to NATO in a multi-national HR team. For the last few years he has been working on talent management strategies within the MOD.
Mr. Barnett is the founder and CEO of KnowledgeAdvisors, which is a human capital analytics firm. KnowledgeAdvisors’ market leading analytics system, Metrics-that-Matter, is used by many of the largest and most successful organisations in the world to measure learning and talent management programs. Mr. Barnett is the author of the book Human Capital Analytics: Measuring and Improving Learning and Talent Impact. He speaks around the world on topics related to people and performance. He and his firm conduct research projects to help advance the Human Capital Analytics field. Previously, Mr. Barnett was a founder and President of Productivity Point International and a corporate banker. Mr. Barnett has an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
With experience of leading large scale change programmes to some of the world’s largest financial organisation's Vivion leads the Change and Strategic Sourcing Practices at iProCon HCM. Vivion brings strategic insight and change know how from delivering numerous global transformation initiatives. Through successful delivery of outsourcing programmes, post M&A integration activity and cost reduction exercises Vivion has become adept at designing teams to deliver change and preparing organisations to embed the change.
The author of several books and articles on innovation culture, talent management, HR information systems and the design of people management processes, Sven leads the People Management Practice at iProCon HCM. Sven has delivered projects for multiple blue-chip and public sector clients across various industries and several countries, around topics including HR sourcing, employee service excellence, shared services, HR information systems and process redesign.
Aaron is Chief Executive of FirstCare, the UK's largest absence management provider. Aaron has one of the largest profiles in absence management and is often in the media reporting on absence trends and preventative steps organisations can take to mitigate absence.
